Taking care of your crystal jewellery, so it can take care of you.

Each and every piece of jewellery that I create is handmade to the highest quality. To keep it looking and feeling its best, please take note of these tips.

• Store your gemstone jewellery in a clean, dry place, such as the pouch provided.
• Avoid prolonged contact with water. Do not wear while swimming, bathing or showering.
• Jewellery should only be put on after washing and applying any makeup, hair products, lotions or perfume. Oils degrade the crystals and threading materials.
• Try to protect your jewellery from harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
• Do not wear while sleeping. This is to protect the physical integrity and strength of the crystals and stringing materials.
• The elastic cord, wire, and fixings on your jewellery have been stress-tested to high standards, but care should still always be taken to avoid snagging or catching on sharp objects. Do not operate machinery while wearing it.
• Crystals should never be used as a substitute for medical advice. If you are struggling physically or mentally, please seek the advice of an appropriate medical practitioner.
• Warning - small parts may be a choking hazard. This is not a toy. Not suitable for young children.

Crystals, by nature, can absorb and take on the energies that surround them. Because of this, it is a good idea to periodically cleanse and charge your crystal bracelet in order to bring these energies back into balance.

This can be done by placing them overnight under moonlight; by immersing them in brown rice, which absorbs negative energies (the rice should be discarded after use); or by smudging them with the smoke from sage, Palo Santo or with incense such as sandalwood or cedar.
