 You can browse and purchase jewellery directly from my website. Simply add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

Can I request a specific crystal for my jewellery?

 Absolutely! If you have a specific crystal in mind, I can incorporate it into your piece, subject to availability. Alternatively, you can let me know which properties you are looking for and I can intuitively design a piece that’s perfectly suited to your needs.

How long does it take to make and ship custom jewellery?

Custom orders typically take 5-10 business days to create. Shipping time depends on your location.

What materials do you use in your jewellery?

I use high-quality, genuine crystals, natural stones, and durable stringing materials. All metal components are either stainless steel or Tibetan silver. If you would like sterling silver metal components, you can add this to your commission request.

How should I care for my crystal jewellery?

 To keep your jewellery in the best condition:

• Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Store in a dry, soft pouch when not in use.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth.

Will my crystal jewellery lose its energy over time?

Domestic orders: 3-7 business days

Processing times may be longer for custom pieces.

What is your return policy?

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items, provided they are in their original condition. Custom jewellery is non-refundable, but if you have any issues, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist you.
