Caring for your necklace
- Store your gemstone necklace in a clean, dry place.
- Avoid prolonged contact with water.

Cleansing and recharging your crystal necklace
Crystals, by nature, can absorb and take on the energies that surround them. Because of this, it is a good idea to periodically cleanse and charge your crystal necklace in order to bring these energies back into balance.
This can be done by placing them overnight under moonlight; by immersing them in brown rice, which absorbs negative energies, (the rice should be discarded after use); or by smudging them with the smoke from sage, palo santo or with incense such as sandalwood or cedar.
